Weekly Order Schedule

Order anytime. Your order deadline and pickup day is at the top of every page. Your pickup time and other info will be given to you at checkout and in order emails. Your group's pickup schedule may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.


Common Questions

Arrive at the pickup location during your scheduled time window. We have a self-service system. All you need to do is check all coolers and make sure you take all of your food.

We encourage you to bring a copy of your order's confirmation email or have it accessible on your phone. We suggest that you bring bags to carry your items. You will not need a cooler unless you are traveling more than an hour.

Your items will be packed in big coolers, with plenty of ice or ice packs to keep it fresh on the way to you. Milk containers will be loose. Fresh and frozen items are bagged separately. All meat items come individually packaged and frozen.

After you place an order, simply login anytime before your upcoming deadline and add or remove items from an existing order.

We accept all major credit/debit cards as our sole payment method. At the time of placing your first order you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order's total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed.

It depends. We offer free or reduced delivery. Rates vary from group to group, but it's generally pretty affordable.

Yes, just be sure to fill them in on the pickup procedures and check your order when you receive it. Also, once you receive your order, please check it against your emailed receipt.

Order deadlines are 2-4 days prior to the delivery date. When logged in, your next order deadline is at the top of every page.

Yes, you can. Put your clean glass in a bag and leave it in or next to a cooler when you pick up.

Ordering Policies

Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed.

Please understand that Miller's Bio Farm is a small operation, not a large warehouse, that makes fresh products to order. If an item becomes unavailable your final total as well as any applicable delivery fees will be adjusted.

This is simply farm policy. It's how we get you the freshest, highest quality products possible.

If your group's pick up is running late, we will send you an email. We expect the same common courtesy from you. If you are running late, let us know.

It is the farm's responsibility to pack your order. It is your responsibility to pick up your order within the window of time provided. If your products are missing, it's on us. If you do not pick up during the appropriate time, the farm cannot be responsible for missing or spoiled items.
