Pork bone broth is full of flavor!
The bones from Miller's pasture raised pork are full of calcium, collagen, and other nutrients and minerals. A long, slow simmer takes those nutrients and turns them into nutritious and delicious broth.
Roast the bones in a 500°F oven until they are browned and fragrant. Then add to a large stock pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil then simmer for up to 24 hours.
Drink the finished broth it on its own, add it to soups and other dishes, or save and freeze it for future use. Pork broth is an excellent base for homemade ramen!
