It's a favorite of individuals who do not like the rich flavor of traditional red salmon. Each wild caught keta portion is 6 oz, boneless, and has the skin on. Cuts vary and may be from the collar, center, or tail.

Salmon portions should last up to 1 year in the freezer. Put overnight in the fridge to thaw. Or do a quick thaw in a bowl of cold water. Once thawed, they will last 1-2 days in the fridge.

Sustainably harvested, wild caught, and processed in the USA (Bristol Bay, AK). To maintain top quality, our salmon is slid onto the boat to reduce bruising, immediately submerged in ice cold sea water to keep it under 40 degrees, and then flash-frozen hours after the catch to capture the best color, flavor, and texture. 

Butchering is done in house. Portions may be from the collar, center, or tail. They are are individually vacuum sealed and contains only raw fish - no additive or preservatives.

The seafood is packaged in HDPE plastic, which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.
