Our pastured pork ribs are perfect for roasting or grilling.

Cover in a spice rub, bake until tender and falling off the bone, then slather in your favorite BBQ Sauce.

Baby back ribs are cut from the loin section of our pasture raised pork. They are smaller and meatier than spare ribs, which makes them a real treat!

The meat on these ribs can be tough, but a low and slow cook makes it fall-off-the-bone tender. You just need some patience!

Our favorite method is:

Mix ancho chili powder, salt, brown sugar, black pepper, dry mustard and cumin and rub on the ribs; cover with foil in a pan, then roast in the oven at 350 for about two hours.

Make sure to serve with lots of napkins!
