Our chicken hearts come from our hens who spend their life out on pasture cared for with fresh air and sunshine.

These little hearts pack some big nutrition!

They are filled with essential minerals, vitamins and protein.

Chicken hearts are best cooked simply; lightly fried in fat and seasoned with salt and pepper.

They cook up quickly in about 7-10 minutes, but be careful not to over cook as they can become tough.
