These beef sticks are shelf stable and can be stored in the pantry at room temp. They should last about a year in a dark cabinet. Once opened, you should keep it wrapped and eat it within a day or two.

Are the beef sticks made from your beef cattle?
Yes! Our beef sticks are made with our 100% grass-fed beef, from the same cattle that the rest of our beef collection is from.

Our beef sticks are made locally and simply with our 100% grass-fed beef. Here's how we do it:
1. We grind our 100% grass-fed beef with sea salt, spices, and culture.
2. The flavorful ground meat is packed into the casings, twisted, and cut into links. 
3. They're let to culture for a few days before packaging.

Contains cane sugar. The spices used are not organic.

The beef sticks are packaged in HDPE plastic, which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.
