The Norris Farmstand

Michelle and Mike Norris have 4 kids. Their oldest son developed a rare epileptic disorder when he was 2 years old. After 2 long years of failing over and over again with medications, CBD, and other treatments, they tried Lion's Mane mushrooms. They noticed a cognitive shift. And now, he's been seizure free since 2024.

This experience got them deep into mushrooms, so they decided to grow their own!

The Norris Farmstead grows a few varieties of specialty mushrooms outdoors as well as in their 1,400 square foot mushroom room. They use organic and (mostly) locally sourced straw and wood as their mushroom substrate. The mushrooms are chemical free.
