Lamar from Welsh Mountain Apiaries will cover how honey is made, how we make different kinds of honey, what’s involved in beekeeping, the importance of pollinators, and what can we do to help pollinator health in our community.
Hot family-style lunch will be served, featuring Miller's Bio Farm's natural foods! It will align with the Weston A. Price Foundation's Nourishing Traditions diet. It's sure to be nutritious AND delicious. Yup, dessert will be served, too!
Marie from Miller's Bio Farm will discuss some common misconceptions about raw dairy and A2/A2 dairy. This includes how it's made, health benefits, legal issues, and how marketing can be confusing. Get the real facts, and become an educated consumer.
Check out where your order is packed and eat some snacks while you're at it. Sample our cheeses, salami, and milk.
Spend time with the cows at pasture, hang out at our little farm animal "petting zoo", tour the facilities, and chat with the farmer and the Miller's Bio Farm staff.
We'll be making flower crowns for you or our mommy cows on Mother's Day. You'll have the opportunity to milk a cow by hand. And, we'll have a Miller's challenge - a blind milk tasting. Which milk will come out on top?
Since our foods are NOT sold in stores, this experience cannot be missed. Shop on the farm and get access to the best prices we offer! You'll get to see first hand what it's like to pack an order.
PLUS, visit our vendor tables. Meet some of the farms you get food from, sample their products, and buy at a discount.
Tickets are all inclusive. No extra charges for the activities listed above, except if you'd like to shop :)
