A real food community celebration for the whole family.

Spend a fall Saturday hanging out with the cows that give you milk! See first-hand how your food is grown, and chat with those that produce it and enjoy it with you.

Wagon & Pony & Camel Rides

(10:30am-12pm & 1:30-3pm)

Take a ride around the pasture on a horse-drawn wagon. Your kids take a pony ride on a pony powered mini-buggy, guided by the farmers' kids. And, camel rides this year! 


Eat Lunch Under the Tent in the Pasture

(12-1pm)

Hot family-style lunch will be served, featuring Miller's Bio Farm's natural foods! It will align with the Weston A. Price Foundation's Nourishing Traditions diet. It's sure to be nutritious AND delicious. Yup, dessert will be served, too!

Farmer Panel Discussion

(1-1:45pm)

We'll have Aaron Miller (dairy farmer), Raymond Petersheim (egg farmer), Daniel Smucker (chicken farmer), and Lamar Wenger (honey farmer) there to answer questions. The discussion will be moderated by Marie Reedell. The discussion will happen in the lunch tent right after lunch. Bring your questions!

Eat Snacks

You definitely won't go hungry, because we'll have an all day snack table! Sample our cheeses, salami, and milk.


See the Animals & the Farm

(ongoing)

Spend time with the cows at pasture, hang out at our little farm animal "petting zoo", tour the facilities, and chat with the farmer and the Miller's Bio Farm staff.

Activity Tables

We'll make flower crowns and do a sour milk tasting challenge. And, we'll have a cow for you to milk by hand!

Since our foods are NOT sold in stores, this experience cannot be missed. Shop on the farm and get access to the best prices we offer! You'll get to see first hand what it's like to pack an order.

Common Questions

What should I wear?

Wear clothes you are willing to get dirty or shoes that can step in a cowpie.

Is the event inside or outside?

The event is basically 100% outside, so prepare for the weather!

How can I prepare if I'm bringing kids?

Kids are absolutely welcome and are encouraged to explore and play on the farm. Please know that all children must be accompanied by an adult.

If you are bringing kids, it is recommended that you also bring a change of clothes and shoes for them. There is a sandbox and plenty of healthy dirt to play in at the farm.

Can I bring my dog?

Pets are welcome outside on the farm. But please make sure that they do not disturb the animals or other guests. And, of course, please make sure to clean up after them.

Where can I stay in the area?
