1 Pan Rustic Salami & Roasted Tomato Pasta
Savory slices of salami crisp up alongside sweet, caramelized roasted tomatoes, building deep, rich flavor right in a single pan. Tossed with perfectly cooked pasta and a handful of simple pantry staples, it comes together quickly with minimal cleanup, proof that rustic cooking at its best is all about letting great ingredients do the work.

Ingredients

  • (8oz sliced into strips) Sliced Passita Dolce Pork Salami
  • (12 oz) Pasta
  • (1 pint) Cherry Tomatoes
  • (3 Tablespoon) Olive Oil
  • (3 cloves) Garlic Bulbs (8oz)
  • (1/2 teaspoon) Chili Flakes
  • (1/2 cup) Grated Parmesan
  • (To taste) Fresh Basil
  • (To taste) Salt & Pepper

Directions

Instructions

1. Roast tomatoes at 400°F for 15 minutes with olive oil or avocado oil and salt.

    2. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.

    3. In a skillet, crisp salami until edges curl. Remove and set aside.

    4. In the same pan sauté garlic and chili flakes.

    5. Add roasted tomatoes and a splash of pasta water.

    6. Toss in pasta, salami, and parmesan.

    7. Finish with fresh basil and black pepper.
