1 Pan Rustic Salami & Roasted Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
- (8oz sliced into strips) Sliced Passita Dolce Pork Salami
- (12 oz) Pasta
- (1 pint) Cherry Tomatoes
- (3 Tablespoon) Olive Oil
- (3 cloves) Garlic Bulbs (8oz)
- (1/2 teaspoon) Chili Flakes
- (1/2 cup) Grated Parmesan
- (To taste) Fresh Basil
- (To taste) Salt & Pepper
Directions
Instructions
1. Roast tomatoes at 400°F for 15 minutes with olive oil or avocado oil and salt.
2. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
3. In a skillet, crisp salami until edges curl. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan sauté garlic and chili flakes.
5. Add roasted tomatoes and a splash of pasta water.
6. Toss in pasta, salami, and parmesan.
7. Finish with fresh basil and black pepper.
