Chinese Sticky Pork Ribs
Woodland-raised pork is richer in omega-3s, higher in vitamins D & E, and packed with flavor that intensifies when slow-cooked low and long. These Chinese Sticky Ribs are glazed in a deep, aromatic sauce of raw honey, aged soy, fresh ginger, garlic, and five-spice, a recipe that caramelizes into something truly extraordinary. Finger-licking, bone-sucking, soul-satisfying.

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F.

In a pot, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, spices, and broth. Mix in your ribs and cover.

Roast for 2 hours. This is a “set it and forget it” dish!

At the 2 hour mark, increase the temp to 400, uncover and roast for 30 minutes.

Serve with rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
