Chinese Sticky Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- (2-3 lbs) Pork Spare Ribs
- (1/2 cup) Soy Sauce
- (1/3 cup) Brown Sugar
- (1/4 cup) Hoisin Sauce
- (2 Tablespoons) Oyster Sauce
- (3 cloves, minced) 8oz - White Garlic
- (1 Tablespoon, grated) Ginger (1lb)
- (1 Tablespoon) Sesame Oil
- (1 Tablespoon) Chinese Five Spice
- (1 teaspoon) Chili Powder
- (1/2 cup) 1 quart - Chicken Bone Broth (Glass)
- (To Taste) Sesame Seeds
- (To Taste) Green Onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
In a pot, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, spices, and broth. Mix in your ribs and cover.
Roast for 2 hours. This is a “set it and forget it” dish!
At the 2 hour mark, increase the temp to 400, uncover and roast for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
