Crispy Salami & Egg Breakfast Hash
Mornings just got a whole lot better. Crispy salami, golden potatoes, and just enough heat to wake you up right, this breakfast hash is everything you didn't know you needed before your first cup of coffee. We're talking edges that crunch, flavors that pop, and a plate so satisfying it'll carry you straight through to dinner. Who said breakfast has to be boring? Grab a fork. This one's worth waking up for.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced salami and cook until crispy (4–5 minutes). Remove and set aside.

2. Add butter to the pan along with potatoes. Cook about 10 minutes until golden and crispy.

3. Stir in onions and peppers and cook another 5 minutes.

4. Return salami to the skillet and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

5. Make small wells and crack eggs into the hash. Cover and cook until eggs are set.

6. Finish with Chives.
