These grilled peaches are more than just a treat — they’re packed with nutrition. 🍑 Paired with raw goat chèvre for probiotics and easy-to-digest protein, drizzled with raw honey full of natural enzymes, and topped with antioxidant-rich edible flowers. Ingredients
- (3 oz) Raw Plain Goat Chevre, 8oz
- (2 tablespoons) Raw Local Mountain Wildflower Honey, 1lb (Glass)
- (A few, cut in 1/2) Peaches
- (sprinkled on top) Edible Flowers
Directions
- Start by preheating your grill to 350F.
- Cut your peaches in half, and place on the grill, skin side up.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes. Once they have nice grill marks and are super juicy they are ready!
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Take a small dollop of goat chevre and place in the center of each peach.
- Drizzle your favorite raw honey on top.
- Sprinkle with edible flowers or cinnamon for a delicious end of the summer treat!
