Grilled Peaches & Raw Goat Chevre

  1. Start by preheating your grill to 350F.
  2. Cut your peaches in half, and place on the grill, skin side up.
  3. Grill for 10-15 minutes. Once they have nice grill marks and are super juicy they are ready!
  4. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Take a small dollop of goat chevre and place in the center of each peach.
  6. Drizzle your favorite raw honey on top.
  7. Sprinkle with edible flowers or cinnamon for a delicious end of the summer treat!
