Roasted Sage & Butter Turkey Drumsticks

These pastured turkey drumsticks are roasted to golden perfection with aromatic sage. Raised on open pasture, the meat is rich and flavorful with crispy, herb-seasoned skin and juicy, tender meat that falls off the bone. A rustic, satisfying dish that showcases the superior quality of pasture-raised poultry.

Ingredients
- (2) Turkey Drumsticks
- (1/4 cup) 1lb Raw Salted A2/A2 Butter
- (1 tablespoon) Dried Sage
- (1 bulb, top cut off) Garlic Bulbs (8oz)
- (bunch) Fresh Sage
- (to taste) Ground Black Pepper
- (to taste) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
Directions
- Thaw your turkey drumsticks overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- In a Dutch oven or pot place in your turkey.
- Season with the dried sage, salt & pepper.
- Cut up pieces of butter and place it all over the turkey.
- Take a bulb of garlic and cut the top off exposing the cloves.
- Place a bunch of fresh sage in the pot with the turkey.
- Cover and bake for 1.5 hours or until 180F.
- Serve with mash potatoes, veggies, or on its own!
