Roasted Sage & Butter Turkey Drumsticks
These pastured turkey drumsticks are roasted to golden perfection with aromatic sage. Raised on open pasture, the meat is rich and flavorful with crispy, herb-seasoned skin and juicy, tender meat that falls off the bone. A rustic, satisfying dish that showcases the superior quality of pasture-raised poultry.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Thaw your turkey drumsticks overnight in the fridge.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  3. In a Dutch oven or pot place in your turkey.
  4. Season with the dried sage, salt & pepper.
  5. Cut up pieces of butter and place it all over the turkey.
  6. Take a bulb of garlic and cut the top off exposing the cloves.
  7. Place a bunch of fresh sage in the pot with the turkey.
  8. Cover and bake for 1.5 hours or until 180F.
