This mild cheddar cheese is made with raw goats milk and aged 3 months to 1 year.

There's many options with this versatile cheese. Slice it and eat as a snack or on a crisp sandwich. Grate it and put it on top of tacos, a casserole, or a salad. Or, make a cheesy soup, a comforting mac and cheese, or a spicy dip.

About our A2 cheese:

Made in small batches from raw, fresh, unprocessed, pastured goat milk. No chemicals, antibiotics, or hormones.

Misty Creek Goat Dairy is a local Amish farm. After an apprenticeship to learn the craft of cheese making, the family-owned business began making handcrafted goat cheese in small, artisan batches. The cheeses have a European touch, inspired by Europe with our own identity added to them to satisfy all types of palates.

Honest Disclosure: Vegetarian rennet is a fermentation-produced chymosin (FPC) rennet that contains trace amounts of sodium chloride and sodium benzoate E211. FPC rennet is made using gene editing technology and is a GMO (even though it's certified for "organic"). Culture contains trace amounts of maltodextrin. The cheese is packaged in HDPE plastic, which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.
