Salmon burgers should last up to 1 year in the freezer. Put overnight in the fridge to thaw. Or do a quick thaw in a bowl of cold water. Once thawed, they will last 1-2 days in the fridge.

Sustainably harvested, wild caught, and processed in the USA (Bristol Bay, AK). To maintain top quality, the salmon is slid onto the boat to reduce bruising, immediately submerged in ice cold sea water to keep it under 40 degrees, and then flash-frozen hours after the catch to capture the best color, flavor, and texture. 

Like all of the salmon burgers, they are made in house at the Wild For Salmon store in Bloomsburg, PA.

The salmon burgers are gluten free and have no additional fillers.

They are are vacuum sealed in a pack of two.

The salmon burgers are packaged in HDPE plastic, which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.
