Beef Soup Bones with Meat and Marrow (AKA Beef Osso Bucco)

Beef Soup Bones with Meat and Marrow (AKA Beef Osso Bucco)

These soup bones include plenty of meat and marrow!

Miller's meaty beef soup bones make a wonderful addition to any soup, stew, or stock. They are slices of beef shank, also known as beef osso bucco.

Grass-fed bones are full of nutrients! Did you know that the collagen found in beef bones is necessary for our own skin, bone, and joint health?

Roast these bones in the oven until they are browned and then simmer along with aromatics for at least 4-6 hours to make the best stock. Alternatively, if you let them cook for a full 24 hours, the nutritional value and flavor will be even better!

Meaty soup bones are also perfect for making a classic Sunday ragu. Let the bones cook with tomatoes and onion for several hours before removing the bones, shredding the meat, and adding it back in. Your pasta will have never tasted better!

*Contains one vacuum sealed package of frozen bones.
