1. When still warm, our raw milk is poured into a cream separator. It spins the milk so the low density cream stays in the center and is separated from the skim milk on the outer edge.
2. The cream is immediately put in a bulk tank and is cooled.
3. We mix half cream and half milk together and bottle it just for you.
