Ground beef is also one of the most affordable ways to consume grass-fed beef.

Our 100% grass fed and finished ground beef is perfect for grilling or pan frying as a hamburger, making into meatballs or meatloaf, or as a using as a delicious main ingredient in chilis, stews, sauces, or stroganoffs (to name a few).  The complex, full flavored beef from Miller’s Bio Farm is palate proof of healthy well-raised cows.  Super packed with beta-carotene, Omega-3s, CLAs and TVAs (super healthy fats), carotenoids, and trace minerals, our beef makes every dish not only better tasting but better for you.

The versatility of ground beef never ends. It can be a meal unto itself or the base for countless other dishes.  A few ideas come to mind:

HAMBURGER IDEA: Mix some mushrooms, onion, and Miller's Farm's cheddar cheese with your patty for a special hamburger patty. 

CHILI BASE: Saute onions, celery, and garlic until soft. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. From there, add tomatoes and whatever other veggies you like (we like bell peppers, corn, eggplant, and zucchini)...and once they are soft add kidney beans, chili powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Chili gets even better the next day as the flavors have time to meld together.
