Our lard is made from fat from all parts of the animal and is processed with dry heat. It is certified for pet consumption.

Lard lasts a really long time!

It can be kept at room temperature for 4-6 months, in the fridge for up to a year, and indefinitely in the freezer.

Honest Disclosure: The lard is packaged in HDPE plastic, which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.
