It can be kept at room temperature for 4-6 months, in the fridge for up to a year, and indefinitely in the freezer.
Honest Disclosure: Whole pigs are washed in organic apple cider vinegar after slaughter. Corn is in the pig feed. Packaged in plastic, which can leech chemicals into the food.
