It's hard to beat a New York Strip Steak when it comes to flavor and texture!

This steak has a perfect fat to meat ratio.

The New York Strip is cut from the short loin in the middle of the steer. Each steak consist of lean muscle surrounded by a rich fat cap.

The fat on our 100% grass fed and finished cows has and incredible flavor and you should make sure to eat every last bite. Plus it's full of omega-3s and good for you!

This steak is best prepared simply seared in a cast iron pan with salt and pepper or a dry rub. Our flavorful meat can hold up well to strong flavors like paprika and chili powder, so don't be afraid to spice things up.
