Ribeye roast is cut from the middle of the steer, the same area as the prime rib! It consists of richly marbled meat and delicious 100% grass fed beef fat.
Season the roast with a dry rub and then roast it low and slow until the internal temperature reaches 130F. The meat will be so juicy that even the pickiest eaters in the family will be happy. Let it rest covered for at least 10 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving with your favorite sides.
