Our wild-caught rockfish fillets are boneless, skinless, and have a mild and rich flavor. Like traditional whitefish, rockfish is firm, flaky, and packed with protein.

Rockfish filets should last up to 1 year in the freezer. Put overnight in the fridge to thaw. Or do a quick thaw in a bowl of cold water. Once thawed, they will last 1-2 days in the fridge.

These nutrition-packed filets will feed 4-8 people, depending on their appetite! Rockfish cooks quickly, making dinner in a snap a reality. You can sauté, roast, broil, or grill it. Its mild flavor allows you to use different rubs, marinades, and spices to enhance the taste. Delicious with lemon and chilis.

Sustainably harvested, wild caught, and processed in the USA (Pacific Northwest). To maintain top quality, our rockfish is slid onto the boat to reduce bruising, immediately submerged in ice cold sea water to keep it under 40 degrees, and then flash-frozen hours after the catch to capture the best color, flavor, and texture. 

Butchering is done in house. They are are individually vacuum sealed and contains only raw fish - no additive or preservatives.

The seafood is packaged in HDPE plastic, which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.
