Our turkey drumsticks will last about 1 year in the freezer. You can slow thaw in the fridge or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water. Once thawed, they will last 1-2 days in the fridge.

Simply season the drumsticks with your favorite herbs and spices and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F.

In addition to the countless bugs and seeds and plants they forage for in the pasture, our turkey's feed includes: wheat, field peas or lentils, flaxseed and flaxseed oil, barley, fishmeal, kelp, molasses, and a nutri-balancer. The nutri-balancer contains ingredients like calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A, salt, and lactic acid bacteria and a bunch of other probiotics.
+
What breed are your turkeys?
They are a basic "white" breed, best known for their big breast sizes.

During processing, what is your turkey washed in?
Just water! No bleach, citric and lactic acids, or yucky chemicals here. Not even organic apple cider vinegar. Our turkey is washed in water, and that's it.

What is "pastured" turkey?
Miller’s pastured turkey comes from birds that are allowed to forage for countless seeds and bugs in the pasture. We raise our turkey's in the fall, and that means that they're always foraging. They live outdoors with a guard dog always watching them, and are moved to fresh pasture multiple times a week.

Are your turkeys vaccinated?
No, our turkeys never receive vaccines!

The turkey drumsticks are packaged in HDPE plastic, which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.
