Fruity fig jam, creamy lavender goat cheese, peppery spinach, and a drizzle of balsamic on perfectly crispy sourdough crust. Sweet, savory, and absolutely dreamy. Who says you can't have gourmet at home?

- Cook Time:
- Servings: 8
Ingredients
- (1) Einkorn Sourdough Pizza Crust
- (1 container) Lavender Honey Goat Chevre, 8oz
- (1 package) Sliced Passita Dolce Pork Salami
- (Enough to spread on to the crust) Fig Jam
- (1 cup, sauteed) Spinach
- (Drizzle) Balsamic Glaze

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. If you have a pizza stone, let it get to temperature for about 15-20 minutes to get a crispy crust.
- Thaw the sourdough pizza crust to room temperature.
- Add a layer of fig jam to cover the surface, leaving room for a perimeter of crust.
- Crumble the tub of goat cheese (leaving some for the top layer).
- Add your salami, the remaining goat cheese, followed by a drizzle of avocado oil.
- Put your pizza in the oven for 15 minutes.
- While it is cooking, sauté spinach until it’s lightly wilted and set aside.
- Turn on your oven's broiler for 5 minutes until the pizza toppings start to brown and crisp.
- Remove and add your spinach and balsamic glaze.
- Let rest. Then the best part: enjoy!
