Honey Mustard Woodland Pork Chops
Out here on the farm, good food starts long before it hits the plate. We raise our pigs the way nature intended — free to roam, rooted in pasture, and nourished without corn or soy. It means slower growth, but better flavor and healthier animals. That care shows up as grilled honey mustard pork chops — smoky from the fire, brushed with raw honey from our hives, juicy, delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season & marinate the chops:
Pat pork chops dry. Rub with honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Brush the honey mustard mixture over the chops. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  2. Preheat the grill:
Heat grill to medium-high (about 400°F). Lightly oil the grates.

  3. Grill the chops:
Place pork chops on the grill. Cook about 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. During the last 2 minutes, brush on any of the remaining honey mustard glaze.

🔥 Tip: For thicker chops (1 ½ inch+), move them to indirect heat after searing and close the lid until they reach 145°F internal.

  4. Rest & serve:
Remove from grill and rest 5 minutes before serving.
