Ingredients
- (1.5 cups) 1 pint - Raw Salted A2/A2 Cottage Cheese (Glass)
- (1.5 cups, shredded) 8oz Raw Sharp A2/A2 Cheddar Cheese
- (2 Tablespoons) 1 pint - Raw A2/A2 Sour Cream (Glass)
- (1 small jar, drained) Pimentos
- (1/2 teaspoon) Paprika Powder
- (1/4 teaspoon) Smoked Paprika Powder
- (1/4 teaspoon) Garlic Powder
- (1/4 teaspoon) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb

1. Add the cottage cheese, sour cream,
spices, and exactly half of the pimentos into a food processor.
2. Blend the mixture until it is perfectly smooth, creamy, and thick.
3. Transfer the smooth blended base into a large mixing bowl.
4. Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and the remaining half of the pimentos to the bowl.
5. Fold everything together gently with a spatula until thoroughly combined.
6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the smoky flavors fully meld.
