ORIGIN Half & Half is made with 100% A2 Milk & Cream exclusively from pasture raised heritage breed cows.

Heritage breeds like Guernsey, Brown Swiss, and Jersey are known to produce the highest butterfat milks, which in turn means the highest level of natural beneficial nutrients for you in our beautifully golden cream.

ORIGIN Heavy Cream is a full-flavored, old-fashioned cream that can elevate rich flavors in your favorite recipe, whip up atop your favorite dessert or pair perfectly with your morning coffee.

We choose to low-heat VAT pasteurize our cream to preserve the delicious flavor of our full fat cream and keep it as nutrient rich as possible. We also never homogenize our cream.

Honest Disclosure: This milk is not from our farm. It's from a local farm that practices in the same ways that we do. The milk is pasteurized, which means that microorganisms, fatty acids, and minerals are altered. It is packaged in HDPE plastic which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.
