How should I store the products?

The meats will last in the freezer for up to a year. Or 5-7 days thawed in the fridge. Honey will last indefinitely in your kitchen pantry as long as there is not moisture that gets in. The eggs will last in the fridge 6-8 weeks after the sell by date. For the einkorn bread, it should last 4-6 days at room temperature. It can be in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks or frozen up to 6 months and then thawed before eating.
