Sirloin Steak

Sirloin is an all around great steak!

Affordable, lean, and full of flavor, this steak has it all!

This cut comes from the hindquarter of the cow, and is a naturally well-exercised muscle. This makes for a lean piece of beef with a huge amount of flavor. It can be a bit on the tough side if not cooked with care.

But that does not take away from the awesome flavor!

Sirloin steak is best simply marinated, then grilled or pan seared.

Cook to about medium for a juicy and tender steak..yum!
