These turkey livers pack a big nutrition and flavor punch!

Turkey liver is full of essential minerals and vitamins that many other foods simply do not have. Plus, our pasture raised turkeys aren't eating any toxins so they are extra clean.

As a bonus, when these little livers are cooked to perfection they are absolutely delicious!

Try out this simple liver recipe:

  1. Rinse the livers and pat them dry with a towel.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons chicken fat in a large frying pan, and add the onion. Stir occasionally for about 12 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
  3. Remove the onions from the pan.
  4. Return the frying pan to the fire and add 2 tablespoons of chicken fat.
  5. Sprinkle salt on the livers, and place them in the frying pan in a single layer. Cook the livers for about two minutes on each side. You may have to cook the livers in batches. Add the rest of the chicken fat, as necessary.
  6. Your livers are ready to be eaten!
