Miller's turkey skin comes from 100% pasture raised turkey and is full of collagen and healthy fatty acids.

You can render the turkey skin to get healthy turkey fat for cooking. Just cut into pieces and place in a pot with a bit of water. Heat until the fat is liquid and has no more bubbles then strain out the bits of skin.

You can also roast the turkey skin with salt and pepper for a delicious crunchy snack! Try using it in place of croutons on your next salad.
