All natural salami, made with pride and traditional techniques? Yes, please!

For years, it’s been a dream of ours to offer salami. First, it’s delicious. Second, we love that it helps us use more of the animal (the less waste, the better). And, third, it’s pretty neat to preserve meat and make a fairly shelf stable, post-apocalyptic kind of product. It’s been quite a challenge.
