Beef Heart Bolognese

Ingredients
- (16 oz) Ground Beef
- (16 oz, ground) Beef Heart
- (1/4 cup) 1 pint - Raw A2/A2 Cream (Glass)
- (2, diced) Carrots (1lb)
- (3 cloves, minced) 8oz - White Garlic
- (1/2, diced) Yellow Onions (2lb)
- (1 teaspoon) Ground Black Pepper
- (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
- (2) Einkorn Linguine, 8.8oz
- (2- 16 oz) Spaghetti Sauce
- (4 oz) Tomato Paste
- (1 tablespoon) Dried Basil
Directions
- Heat avocado oil, beef tallow or butter in a cast iron skillet or large pan over medium high heat. Add diced onion, diced carrots and minced garlic, saute for 5 minutes or until light golden and softened.
- Add in your thawed out ground beef and ground beef heart. Cook, breaking it up as your go, until browned.
- Add in your teaspoon of salt, pepper, dried basil.
- Carefully add in your tomato sauce and tomato paste. Stir, bring to a simmer then turn down to medium so it bubbles gently. Cook for 20 minutes (no lid), add in your cream. Stir occasionally.
- Taste and add more salt it desired.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil (1 Tablespoon). Add pasta and cook per einkorn package directions.
- Add pasta into the Bolognese sauce. Toss gently for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes, or until the spaghetti turns red and the sauce thickens.
- Divide between bowls. Garnish with parmesan and basil if desired.
