Beef short rib recipe that's simple and easy to prepare. Slow cooked for eight hours and loaded with delicious flavors and tender juicy meat.

Ingredients
- (2lbs) Beef Short Ribs
- (1 quart) Beef Stock
- (2 Tbsp) 1 quart - A2/A2 Ghee (Glass)
- (1/4 cup, sautéed) Yellow Onions (2lb)
- (3) Bay leaves
- (4 sprigs) Thyme
- (to taste) Sea Salt & Pepper

Instructions
- Season ribs with salt and pepper.
- Sear ribs in ghee over medium-high heat until browned 1-2 mins on each side.
- Transfer to crockpot.
- In the same pan, sauté onion for one minute.
- Add onion to the crockpot and fill with just enough beef stock to almost cover the ribs.
- Add fresh thyme and bay leaves.
- Set crockpot to low for 8 hours.
- Transfer delicious falling off the bone ribs to a plate.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Lay ribs on countertop for 30-45mins to become room temp before cooking.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, polenta or veggies.
- Shred the meat to make delicious tacos, nachos or sandwiches.
- Add to soup or pasta.
