Ingredients
- (16 oz, removed from the casing) Beef Maple Breakfast Sausage Links
- (16 oz, cooked and crumbled) No Sugar Beef Bacon
- 1 dozen - Brown Honest Yolk Chicken Eggs
- 1 pint - Raw Salted A2/A2 Cottage Cheese
- (shredded) 8oz Raw A2/A2 Mild Cheddar Cheese
- (1 teaspoon) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
- (1 teaspoon) Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Grease a 13x9 glass baking pan with butter or tallow.
- In a large skillet or cast iron skillet, put in your sausages with the casing removed and break into small pieces, cook until browned.
- Remove the sausages from the pan and add in the beef bacon and cook until semi crispy. Drain off any excess fat and save for a rainy day!
- In a blender or food processor, add in 12 pastured eggs and the pint of salted cottage cheese.
- Blend until incorporated and fluffy.
- Start layering in your baking pan.
- Place your meats on the bottom.
- Add half of your shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meats.
- Add the blended eggs mixture on top, sprinkle on some salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes uncovered.
- Add on the rest of the shredded cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
**You can use your favorite meats with this casserole! Ground beef, turkey, sausage, the possibilities are endless.
