Carnivore Breakfast Casserole
Fuel your morning with this nutrient-packed carnivore breakfast casserole! Loaded with high-quality grass-fed protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins from pasture-raised eggs, and mineral-rich animal-based ingredients.

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Grease a 13x9 glass baking pan with butter or tallow.
  3. In a large skillet or cast iron skillet, put in your sausages with the casing removed and break into small pieces, cook until browned.
  4. Remove the sausages from the pan and add in the beef bacon and cook until semi crispy. Drain off any excess fat and save for a rainy day!
  5. In a blender or food processor, add in 12 pastured eggs and the pint of salted cottage cheese.
  6. Blend until incorporated and fluffy.
  7. Start layering in your baking pan.
  8. Place your meats on the bottom.
  9. Add half of your shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meats.
  10. Add the blended eggs mixture on top, sprinkle on some salt and pepper.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes uncovered.
  12. Add on the rest of the shredded cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.

**You can use your favorite meats with this casserole! Ground beef, turkey, sausage, the possibilities are endless.
