Ingredients
- (1/2 cup) A2 COW Butter, Raw, Unsalted (Frozen, Plastic)
- (1 cup) Rapadura (or other sugar)
- (2) Chicken Eggs, Soy Free, Brown
- (1 tsp) Vanilla, Homemade
- (1 Tbsp) Hot water
- (1-3/4 cups) Flour, Whole Einkorn
- (1/2 tsp) Baking soda
- (1/2 tsp) Celtic Sea Salt, Fine
- (7 oz) Chocolate chips
Directions

1 - Preheat oven to 375F.
2 - Cream butter and rapadura together.
3 - Beat in eggs.
4 - Add vanilla and water.
5 - Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
6 - Stir in chocolate chips.
7 - Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased or silicone lined cookie sheet.
8 - Bake for 10-12 minutes.
