Farm Fresh Turkey Roulade with Herb Butter & Cranberry Apple Relish

Straight from the farm to your fork, turkey roulade rolled up with herb butter and topped with cranberry apple relish that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance.

Ingredients
- (1) Boneless Skin-On Turkey Breast
- (1/2 cup, softened) 1lb Raw Salted A2/A2 Butter
- (To taste) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
- (To taste) Ground Black Pepper
- (Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, chopped) Fresh Herbs
Directions
For the Cranberry Apple Relish:
- 1 cup chopped fresh apples
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2–3 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- Pinch cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix softened butter with herbs, orange zest, salt and pepper. Spread onto the turkey breast.
- Roll up the breast and tie with kitchen twine.
- Roast for about 90 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- While roasting, stir apples, cranberries, honey/syrup, orange juice, and cinnamon in a pot over medium heat. Once they reduce and become a relish consistency, turn your heat down to the lowest setting to keep warm.
- Serve turkey with mashed potatoes and relish.
