Garlic Butter Chicken

Juicy and tender chicken in a rich and delicious garlic butter sauce. This easy recipe is ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- (1.5lbs) Boneless Skin-On Chicken Breasts
- (3 Tbsp) 1 quart - A2/A2 Ghee (Glass)
- (1/2 cup) 1 quart - Chicken Bone Broth
- (4 Tbsp) 1lb Unsalted A2/A2 Butter
- (1 Tbsp, minced) 8oz - White Garlic
- (2-3 tsps) Poultry Seasoning
- (to taste) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (to taste) Black Pepper
- (2 tsp, freshly chopped) Parsley

- Pound chicken to an even thickness.
- Season with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, add ghee and chicken.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Chicken should have a medium golden color. For thicker chicken sear for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Once done, remove chicken and let it rest on a plate.
- Deglaze the skillet by adding the chicken broth and allow the liquid to bubble up and steam for a few seconds.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute stirring continuously.
- Turn the heat off and add the chicken back into the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Skin on or skinless chicken works great for this recipe.
Substitute chicken breasts with chicken thighs - cooking time will be different.
White wine can be used instead of chicken broth for extra flavor.
