High Protein Cottage Cheese Pudding

This pudding is a great example of elevating a “dessert” into a wholesome treat that parents can feel good about serving their young kids on a regular basis. It won’t cause a sugar crash thanks to the fat, protein and natural sweetener. Not to mention, it’s so darn easy to whip up and can be on your table in less than 5 minutes!
- Prep Time:
- Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
- (2 cups) Whole Milk Cottage Cheese (Unsalted)
- (¼ cup) 1 gallon - Raw A2/A2 Milk (PA ONLY)
- (¼ cup) Unsalted Macadamia Nut Butter (or almond butter)
- (2-½ Tablespoons) Maple Syrup, 1 quart (Glass)
- (2 Tablespoons) Cacao Powder
- (1/2 teaspoon) Homemade Vanilla, 4oz
- (Pinch) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (Dash) Cinnamon
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasonings and adjust as needed. Store in the fridge for 5 days.
