Maple Pork Patties

This sweet and salty breakfast patty is the perfect addition to any breakfast lineup! Made from our corn and soy free woodland raised pork and all natural maple syrup. It's sure to be a hit with your family.

Ingredients
- (1 pound) Ground Pork
- (1/8 cup) Maple Syrup, 1 Pint (Glass)
- (Pinch) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (Pinch) Ground Black Pepper
Directions
*Defrost your ground pork ahead of time.
- In a bowl, combine the ground pork and maple syrup.
- Mix until the syrup is completely soaked into the meat.
- Add in a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Form the pork mixture into patties, you should get around 6, 3-4" round patties.
- Heat up a cast iron skillet on medium heat.
- Place the patties into the hot skillet and cook on each side for about 6 minutes. You want pork to be an internal temp of around 160F.
- Serve with eggs, as a sandwich, French toast, waffles, the possibilities are endless!
You can also add in some dried sage for more of a sweet and savory sausage patty. Or add in some minced apple for an apple maple patty!
