"Melt-on-your-tongue" Chicken

Throw a whole pastured chicken in the oven in the morning. Then, forget about it during your busy day... until dinnertime, when it will be unbelievably moist, delicious, and collagen-rich! While this dish is meant to be served warm from the oven, you can also keep it on hand to serve cold for lunches. This is a budget friendly dish.

Ingredients
- (1) Whole Chicken, Medium
- (1 Tbsp) Celtic Sea Salt, Fine
- (1 tsp) Black pepper
- (1 Tbsp) Paprika
- (1 Tbsp) Celery salt
- (1 Tbsp) Nutritional yeast
Directions
1 - Mix herbs together and sprinkle or rub on your chicken (leftover seasoning can be used for next time).
2 - Place your chicken in a roasting pan, cover, and bake for 8-12 hours @ 200 F.
