Orange Kombucha Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients
- (4) Pork Chops
- (1/2 cup) Orange Kombucha, 1 pint
- (1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- (1 1/2 Tablespoons, minced) 8oz - White Garlic
- (1 1/2 Tablespoons, minced) Ginger (1lb)
- (1 Tablespoon) Miller's Raw House Honey, 8oz (Glass)
- (2 teaspoons) Worcestershire Sauce
- (1 teaspoon) Stone Ground Mustard
- (2 teaspoons, chopped + more to garnish) Fresh Parsley
- (1/2 teaspoon) Ground Black Pepper
- (1/2 teaspoon) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
Directions
1. Place the pork chops in a bowl.
2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients.
3. Pour the marinade over the meat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
4. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.
5. Place the pork on the grill. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted
into the thickest part of the chop registers 145 degrees F.
6. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then serve. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if
desired.
Marinade:
β 1/2 cup Orange Kombucha
β 1/4 cup olive oil
β 1 1β2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
β 1 1β2 tablespoon minced garlic
β 1 tablespoon honey
β 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
β 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
β 2 teaspoons parsley leaves chopped, plus more for garnish
β 1β2 teaspoon Sea Salt
β 1β2 tsp Pepper
