Orange Kombucha Marinated Pork Chops
These pork chops are simple to prepare but packed with complexity, a delicious harmony of sweet, tangy, and savory notes in every bite. Grilled to golden perfection, each chop develops a caramelized crust while staying tender and flavorful inside. Perfect for a backyard cookout or an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Place the pork chops in a bowl.
2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients.
3. Pour the marinade over the meat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
4. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.
5. Place the pork on the grill. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted
into the thickest part of the chop registers 145 degrees F.
6. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then serve. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if
desired.

Marinade:

● 1/2 cup Orange Kombucha
● 1/4 cup olive oil
● 1 1⁄2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
● 1 1⁄2 tablespoon minced garlic
● 1 tablespoon honey
● 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
● 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
● 2 teaspoons parsley leaves chopped, plus more for garnish
● 1⁄2 teaspoon Sea Salt
● 1⁄2 tsp Pepper
