Decadent, creamy, and made entirely with REAL and RAW dairy! These chocolate cheesecake pops are the perfect guilt-free indulgence. Made with a luscious raw cottage cheese base, naturally sweetened with maple syrup, and swirled with rich raw cacao, each bite delivers a smooth, chocolatey punch with just the right hint of tangy cheesecake. Frozen into pop form for easy snacking, they're packed with protein, ideal for summer treats, dinner party desserts, or a mid-afternoon energy boost. Vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free!

Ingredients
- (1 cup) 1 pint - Raw Salted A2/A2 Cottage Cheese
- (1 cup) 1 pint - Raw A2/A2 Cream (Glass)
- (1 cup) 1/2 gallon - Raw A2/A2 Milk
- (1/4-1/2 cup) Maple Syrup, 1 Pint (Glass)
- (1/2 cup) Cacao powder
Directions
- Using a blender or food processor add all of your ingredients in it together.
- Pulse until you have a smooth blend, and the cottage cheese is no longer chunky. You'll want a nice emulsified consistency.
- Pour your mixture into ice pop molds, and place into the freezer overnight.
- Unmold the pops and enjoy!

**You can also replace the maple syrup with raw honey or even dates to sweeten the pops!
