A warming breakfast/dessert featuring tender, caramelized pears tossed in spiced honey and topped with a golden, crumbly oat flour streusel. The natural sweetness of raw honey enhances the pears' flavor while cinnamon and spices create cozy comfort in every bite.

Ingredients
- (1/2 cup) 2lb - All Purpose Einkorn Flour
- (1 1/2 cups) Organic Pre-Soaked Rolled Oats, 2lb
- (1/4 cup) Raw Local Spring Wildflower Honey, 1lb (Glass)
- (3 T, cut into cubes) 1lb Raw Salted A2/A2 Butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toss pears with honey, syrup & spices in a baking dish.
- Combine oats, flour, nuts, honey and butter — blend until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping and bake until bubbly and golden (~30–35 mins). Serve with raspberry whipped ricotta.
Filling:
- 6 ripe pears, sliced
- 2 tbsp raw honey (MBF)
- 1 tbsp local syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon + pinch cloves
