We purposely skip any processing of the natural milk fat levels that our heritage cows produce so our milk will range from 4.5-5.5% milk fat. We then choose to low-heat VAT pasteurize our milk to preserve the delicious flavor of our Full Fat Milk and keep it as nutrient rich as possible. We also never homogenize our milk so you will have a beautiful cream top, as full fat milk should have!
Honest Disclosure: This milk is not from our farm. It's from a local farm that practices in the same ways that we do. The milk is pasteurized, which means that microorganisms, fatty acids, and minerals are altered. Packaged in plastic, which can leech chemicals into the milk.
