Cheddar & Herb Biscuit Bites

We believe the best biscuits start with the best ingredients. That's why these cheddar and herb biscuits are made with farm-fresh butter, A2/A2 cheese, and herbs picked at their peak. The result? Tender, flaky layers with a savory kick that'll have you reaching for seconds (and thirds).

Ingredients
- (2 cups) 2lb - All Purpose Einkorn Flour
- (6 Tablespoons) 1lb Raw Salted A2/A2 Butter
- (1 cup) 8oz Raw Shredded A2/A2 Mild Cheddar Cheese
- (1/2 teaspoon) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
- (3/4 cup) 1/2 gallon - Raw A2/A2 Milk
- (1 Tablespoon) Baking Powder
- (To taste, finely chopped) Fresh Herb, Rosemary & Thyme
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, and cheese.
- Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Stir in milk till just combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 min till golden.
Serve warm with a dab of honey!
*This recipe makes around 18 bite sized biscuits!
