Raw Cinnamon Honey Butter

What butter dreams are made of! This sweet butter is perfect slathered on sourdough, warm rolls, pancakes, waffles, you name it! We won't judge if you sneak a few spoonful's too! Made from our 100% grass fed raw A2/A2 cream its pastured perfection!

Ingredients
- 1 pint - Raw A2/A2 Cream (Glass)
- (1/2 teaspoon) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
- (1/2 teaspoon) Ground Cinnamon
- (2 Tablespoons) Raw Local Mountain Wildflower Honey, 1lb (Glass)
Directions
- In a mixer add in your raw cream.
- Beat for about 10-12 minutes until it goes through the stages
- 1st stage turns it into whipping cream, if you wanted whipped cream here you go, add a bit of honey and its ready to top your favorite dessert!
- 2nd stage turns it into butter, but it's not ready to be actual butter. This is when the solids start to form and separate from the liquid.
- 3rd stage is the butter! When you've hit this stage the butter will be clumpy and formed and you'll see a decent amount of "buttermilk" in the bowl with it.
- Remove the chunk of butter from the bowl and place it in a bowl of ice water.
- Pour the "buttermilk" in a container, save it for pancakes, waffles, any baking really, or a meat marinade.
- Remove the chunk of butter from the ice water and squeeze as much water out as possible.
- Place on a cutting board and mix in cinnamon, salt and honey.
- Store in a fridge.
