Ingredients
- (4 yolks) 1 dozen - Brown Honest Yolk Chicken Eggs
- (1 cup) 1 gallon - Raw A2/A2 Milk
- (1 cup) 1 quart - Raw A2/A2 Cream (Glass)
- ((Optional) for sweetness) Raw Local Spring Wildflower Honey, 1lb (Glass)
- (1/4 teaspoon) Nutmeg
- (1/8 teaspoon) Cinnamon
- ((optional) sprinkle) Cloves
- (1/2 teaspoon) Homemade Vanilla, 4oz
Directions
Instructions
1. In a large bowl or blender, combine the egg yolks, raw milk, raw cream, vanilla, honey (if using) and spices.
2. Whisk vigorously or blend for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is fully combined, smooth, and frothy.
3. Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the nog to thicken.
4. Give it a quick stir or shake, pour into glasses, and enjoy your rich, personalized eggnog!
