Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

An almost guilt free cookie. These almond flour cookies are naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup, and are super soft from the almond flour and naturally gluten free! You can swap almond flour for einkorn flour if you wish! Enjoy these cookies year round and not just during the holidays.

Ingredients
- (3/4 lightly melted) 1lb Raw Unsalted A2/A2 Butter
- (1/2 cup) Maple Syrup, 1 Pint (Glass)
- (1 teaspoon) Homemade Vanilla, 4oz
- (1 teaspoon) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1lb
- (3 cups) Almond Flour
- (1/2 teaspoon) Baking Soda
- (1 cup) Chocolate Chips
- (2) 1 dozen - Brown Honest Yolk Chicken Eggs
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Get your eggs out and let them come up to room temp.
- Lightly melt your butter.
- In a bowl combine the melted butter, maple syrup and eggs. Whisk together.
- Add in the vanilla, salt, and baking soda.
- Fold in the almond flour.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop using a cookie scooper onto a sheet pan that's greased or covered in parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Enjoy with a glass of our raw milk!
