Healthy Beef Chili

Ingredients
- (1lb) Ground Beef
- (1.5 cups) 1 quart - Beef Bone Broth
- (14.5 oz can or jar) Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- (2 carrots, roughly chopped) 1lb - Orange Carrots
- (1/2 cup, chopped) Green Bell Pepper
- (1/4 cup, chopped) 1lb - Red Onions
- (2 cloves, diced) 8oz - White Garlic
- (1/2 Tbsp) 1 quart - A2/A2 Ghee (Glass)
- (2-3 tsp) Fine Celtic Sea Salt, 8oz
- (1 Tbsp) Chili Powder
- (1 Tbsp) Cumin Powder
- (1 tsp) Paprika Powder
- (1/2 tsp) Oregano Powder
- (1/4 tsp) Chipotle Powder
- ((optional) kidney or black beans, cooked) Beans
Directions
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium high heat. Once the oil is hot add the chopped peppers and onions. Cook for a few minutes until tender and fragrant. Add garlic and continue cooking for one minute.
- Add the ground beef, salt, and spices to the pot. Brown the beef, breaking it up with a wooden spatula as it cooks.
- Add the tomatoes, beef bone broth, carrots and beans (if using). Stir ingredients until well combined.
- Bring the chili to a boil and then reduce to low heat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Ladle chili into bowls and serve with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese, red onions, jalapeño slices and fresh chopped cilantro.
